
Meet your instructor, get familiar with the studio, and learn the core principles of Pilates. We’ll assess your posture, movement habits, and any existing discomfort—especially in your back, neck, shoulders, or hips. You'll begin with gentle, targeted Reformer exercises that lay the foundation for pain-free movement.
Building on the Basics
We’ll review and refine what you learned in Session 1, continue with Reformer work, and introduce the Pilates Chair. This session focuses on building strength and alignment in key areas often affected by pain, helping you move with more ease and support.
Put everything together and explore the Cadillac. We’ll introduce our unique blend of Contemporary Pilates and Postural Restoration to address the root causes of pain and tension. You’ll leave with a personalized movement path toward lasting relief and better mobility.
